Has anyone On KILTR got a contact with Harris Tweed they'd be happy to share. I was sure there were some folk on here, although I was thinking perhaps someone less senior than the President of the Harris Tweed Society! Thanks in advance.
Hi Anny, do you know Mark Hogarth?
I don't know him Bjorn, no. Can you send me his details and I'll drop him a line please? Thank you!
Thanks!

Shame to see the demise of digital music service Beyond Oblivion before it had even got off the ground. But with £55Million invested was going up against the iTunes and Spotify such a good idea? Maybe it was at the time, but as is the nature of these things simply too competitive a market for another major player.
Hi Anny,
Indeed a real shame but there were many issues the company had to deal with and competition was not one of the biggest. As declaration I was consulting to them and so there's a limit to what I can say, but it was a really interesting business model that I think will definitely be repeated by someone soon.

Here's an introductory video Inner Ear created about the project.
Headed over to West Brewery to watch the fireworks display on Glasgow Green last night. It was good although getting a taxi into town took an age, it was worth it for the bottled cherry beer! Here's a wee video of the Oban community fireworks display where all of their fireworks went off in really quick succession...
Awww Yes!
That looks amazing.
My kind of fireworks event.
The story has a happy ending. It seems they will get a proper fireworks display after all.
No need, they had the best one I've ever seen!
It would be so funny if they went and did the same again.
Dougal, are you listening? Got Anny's Christmas present yet?
He bought this for my birthday so was able to use it in the marathon in Berlin. Don't really think I need another watch although when I showed my mother my fancy new watch, one of the first questions she asked was whether it was a phone. I thought that was a great idea, especially from my septegenarian old dear!
Looking forward to checking out the Hebrides Ensemble at St. Andrews in the Square this evening. Here's their Artistic Director William Conway and Vic Galloway discussing the new season. Seemingly one of the 20th Century pieces features a prepared piano with a glass rod placed over the strings and the players will be wearing masks, whistling, making sea gull sounds with cello and the flautist is required to sing into her flute.
