There will probably be a very small market for it, as many of our parents generation are not web savy, plus people still like to read a newspaper in pubs/cafes at the weekend. But 20 years I reckon it will be all but gone.
Here's a great marketing idea. Send a miniature of your AMAZING whisky, bottled in the 1950's, out to the best bloggers and whisky geeks. They then write huge articles about you. Good firm, great whisky, nice people. Glenfarclas.
Scotland's most successful contributing Crowdfund is on the home straight. It's been marvellous fun and it's not too late to contribute. Buy a brick, enter the cakepop eating competition in Edinburgh or simply take us out for a pint! All contributions, gratefully received!
Half of the signatories on the American Declaration of Independence were Scots!
Is it too late? I know a number of people who were bloody FURIOUS at the outcome of Culloden. I think she's burned her boats, she's left it a bit late!
Check out Chuck. Never mind Ellvis, did HE not really invent Rock and Roll?
Great to see loads of my Entrepreneurial Spark chums here on KILTR. I was over in Ayrshire yesterday at the Ayrshire offer is already the main point of conversation. They are CHANGING THINGS!
This is for all those people who think Social Media is just a bit of a carry-on and of no real merit in the strategic building of brands. The ULTIMATE David v Goliath battle and Diageo really have turned up with a pen-knife to a social media Gunfight! This was trending WORLDWIDE on Twitter earlier. Remember, this was ONE category at a Scottish Awards dinner. Somebody's coat at Diageo is on michty shaky nail.
No sections for Dinner Ladies OR Traffic Wardens. Very disappointing.
This has recently been refurbed and is now rather posh. A brilliant day out for lovers of the dram, or those who simply want to find out more about Scotland's national drink.
I eagerly anticipate seeing this again. Going next month. Must buy tickets.
The UK's only Accredited whisky training comes to Edinburgh for the first time. Hotel Missoni on May 15th. train@thewhiskyambassador.com if you want to sell Scotch Whisky with flair and enthusiasm.
This is going AMAZINGLY well. Get involved, buy a brick and become part of Scotland's brightest new confectionery start up!
'Rich 'men' ' run stuff and if you don't meet them, you're just a closeted, public-sector monkey who will achieve little. Like it or not, ANY politicians in Britain (and beyond) who have done anything of any merit have always courted, if not flippin' surrounded themselves, with the great 'Industrialists' of the day. FACT. Private sector is fast. Public Sector is slow. If you want things to happen, you need 'fast'.
No always as you need Public sector governance ,like it or not !
The hypocrisy of the opposition is as aggravating as the present Government's links to News and Trump. Like Mr Blair never had any contact and Jack McConnel didn't meet me in New York in April '06 and wasn't cock-a-hoop over "closing" the deal with Trump the day before.....
