"All you needed was a cup of tea, a light, and your stereo" (Steve Jobs)

We are back this month with insider's information on Sim Audio's 650D, a high end stepping stone in the hi-fi world. We also provide you with the proof, in graphs, of the superiority of Studio Connections' Reference Digital cable. And.. be the first to read about Studio Connections' new power cable. But let's start with a wee note on micro-vibrational energy, how it may affect your system, and how a bit of Black Ravioli magic can work wonders... Sometimes the smaller additions are the best!

OK, time to grab a cup of tea, sit back and put the music on!

In essence, we look to reducing the micro-vibrational energy. That's the energy which can play havoc with the upper, mid, and top end of a system. giving that harsh, brittle edge. Now, try some BR under your box of tricks and listen to the difference you can achieve by removing this micro-vibrational energy from small electrical components.

f ever a company embodied the maxim "It’s not what you do, it’s the way that you do it" that company would be Simaudio. In business for thirty years, its story has been one of solid engineering and steady evolution, constant refinement of established principles rather than the erratic pursuit of the latest, greatest thing. In an industry bedeviled by fly-by-night manufacturers, all promising the earth and stars (until they disappear, only to reemerge a year or two later, squeaky clean and equally devoid of inconvenient baggage or a conscience, but fully furnished with a brand-new tale to tell) such stolid virtues aren’t necessarily the easiest sell, but as is so often the case, and as too many customers learn too late, it really is what’s behind the fascia that matters. Fortunately, enough audiophiles hav...

Are you over the MOON with your CD player? Or is it with your amplifier? Do you think Studio Connections are just the best cables to link all those together? Have you spread a bit of black magic over your existing system with some Black Ravioli?

We want to hear what YOU think about your system! Looking forward to reading your thoughts...
