About David Wilson
Over 30 years experience in graphic design and illustration, including 20 as full-time tutor in graphic design at Edinburgh's Telford College. Proud of my personal achievements with the courses I delivered on and managed, especially knowing that several of our graduates are in employment in the creative industries. Now returned to self-employment, with the ups and downs that brings.
Whilst embracing the fast-moving digital life we all now lead, my old school pre-Mac cut 'n' paste background has given me a love of traditional printing, craft and all the good things about non-digital art.
I enjoy good meals with my wife, good ales, fine malt whisky, and music of all flavours. I have cycled all over Scotland, and walked many a Munro, and keep promising my waistline that I will start doing more of both. Have a fascination for American history particularly the 1800's, love a good film, and 'enjoy' a Saturday afternoon of pain and pleasure watching Livi FC do their thing.
